- Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel in time may result in a cancellation fee.
- Late Arrivals: If you are unavailable at the scheduled time, your appointment may be rescheduled or shortened to accommodate other clients.
- Client Preparation: It is the client’s responsibility to follow the pre-tan and post-tan care instructions provided to ensure the best results.

- Pricing: All prices are subject to change at any time. However, the price agreed upon during booking will remain valid for that appointment.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue.
